An Italian shoemaker in the 15th century invented the high-heeled shoe, initially to overcome the problem of walking caused by muddy roads on rainy days, and the results were surprisingly good. But on a rainy day, his wife was going to visit her sick father. The shoemaker had an idea and let his wife put on those high heels. Although they were a bit big, they were enough to tie a rope on them. As a result, the wife did not feel how uncomfortable walking in high heels, but she seemed to walk gracefully and every passing man was looking at her, and then many fashion-conscious women rushed to buy such shoes.
